Pre-Academy

Our pre-academy programme is designed around small group training, with a maximum of three players per coach, ensuring focused, high-quality development. Sessions are led by our Spanish UEFA Pro-licensed Head Coach, Alberto Garcia-Hierro.

Who is this for?

This programme is ideal for young players who want to build strong technical foundations, develop confidence on the ball, and benefit from more personalised coaching in a focused environment.

Training takes place at private 5-a-side facilities in Hout Bay:

• Mondays & Wednesdays: Astroturf
• Tuesdays: Grass (recommended for goalkeepers, with a more game-realistic environment)

Session Times:

• 16:00 – 16:40 (ages 5–7)
• 16:40 – 17:20 (ages 8–10)
• 17:20 – 18:00 (ages 10–13)

Programme Fees:

• R800 per month (1 session per week)
• R1,400 per month (2 sessions per week)

Term Package (10 weeks):

• R1,900 (1 session per week)
• R3,300 (2 sessions per week)
